Conization of the uterine cervix by Papilloma Virus positive. Undifferentiated cancer with vascular invasion at the vascular level, T1 N0 M0.Treatment:
Hysterectomy. 18 months later pain, urinary incontinence due to local recurrence of the tumor. Radiotherapy (1.8G and x 8) and chemotherapy (carboplatin, Ftorafur plus) and Oncothermia 1 time / week.Results:
No pain or urinary incontinence, considerable tumor regression. The patient is able to perform her usual work.Reference:
